Aggressive Goes the Distance...

We hate to put in our reports "We could not inspect".  

Aggressive does a large volume of foreclosures and short sales.  It is strongly insisted that all utilities be on for all intact systems.  If our client has trouble getting the utilities on, we can assist.  

A client of ours, a young women buying her first home was repeatedly told the utilities would be on.  She assured Aggressive that the utilities would be on.  Until the day of inspection we and our client believed the utilities would be on.  Well the utilities were not on.  We could have done the inspection and repeatedly placed in our report "We were unable to inspect because the service was not on", and our client would have known as much after the inspection as before.  We told our client we could not do the inspection.  We offered our client the option to reschedule when the utilities were all on.  This was a waste of the day but not due to any fault of our client.
