Aggressive Goes The Distance...

Are you 100% confident in your inspection company?  Are you sure that they are working for you?  This is an example how Aggressive handles an inspection. 

This 1^st picture is of a crawl space hatch that has been secured  closed by wood screws.  Home inspectors are tough in schools and in seminars to state in their reports that “We were unable to entered the crawl space do to the fact the crawl space hatch was screwed secured shut.  We as home inspectors are not allowed to dismantle any portions of a dwelling.”  Its called CYA “Cover Your Ass” cya, because the inspector did not inspect the crawl space.

After WE removed the hatch we found that the opening was  blocked by construction debris 2^nd picture. Home inspectors
are tough in schools and in seminars to state in their reports that “WE  were unable to entered the crawl space because it was blocked by construction debris.  We as home inspectors are not allowed to move any debris because we do not know why it was placed there and its a safety issue to us”.  Its called CYA “Cover Your Ass” cya, because the inspector did not inspect the crawl space.  

2nd Picture

In the 3rd picture WE removed enough debris to enter the crawl space.  And yes we crawled over and through the debris to a clear section of the crawl space 4^th picture.

After making our way to the back of the crawl space guess  what we found 5^th picture. And there was more that just one
mold covered floor joist.
