Aggressive Goes The Distance...

We in Aggressive believe in integrity, honesty and that the client comes first. Our routine for most  homes is the same.  We start from the top and work our way down.   When we first entered this home there was a distinct slant in the floor.  Instead of starting from the top we went to the basement first where we observed the main beam.

Not only was the main beam bent, the floor had a severe crack which indicated that there was movement.

We believe in making money but we walked away from this inspection.  We were only in the dwelling for ten minutes when the bent main beam was observed.  This type of issue is a deal breaker plain and simple.  Our client was told if they get beyond this issue we would then continue the inspection.   Integrity and honesty, it's not lost, it resides at Aggressive.
