Aggressive Goes The Distance...
Condo inspections are not as exhaustive as single family
dwellings. In a condo inspection the roof, attic, basement and exterior are not
inspected. Why? Because they are owned by the condo association not
the individual condo owner. When you buy a condo you own from the walls
in. But where there is an attic we go. Here you see an open
electrical box. If an arc were to happen, and a spark were to fly, you
could be making new friends with the fire department.

And we found a little extra for our client,
Mold............on the attic collar tie.

Mold on the roof and roof joists.

We did not have to go into this attic. But we find it
unacceptable not to. Now our client knows what is above them. And
these issues can be addressed by the condo association.
