- We provide an 8-point inspection,
which includes the electrical, heating &
cooling systems, plumbing, exterior,
structure, roofing, insulation and the

- A typical 1 family house takes
between 2.5 - 3.5 hours to inspect.
- The inspection report will be ready
within 24 hours. After the
inspection we will review all
information back in our office for
accuracy.
- The report will be uploaded to our
server within 24 hours. You will
be provided with a user ID and password.
The report can be viewed, printed or
emailed.
- The report is in a PDF format and it
comes with a summary and detail section.
