schedule. We do not do home
inspections after dark except for
condo's.
- We are licensed in the state of NJ
and we comply with the Inspectors
Standards of the International Society
of Home Inspectors. We are also
members of NACHI,
the National Association of Certified
Home Inspectors.
- We provide an 8-point inspection,
which includes the electrical, heating &
cooling systems, plumbing, exterior,
structure, roofing, insulation and the
interior.
- We will explain what the systems are
and how they work.
- A typical 1 family house takes
between 2.5 - 3.5 hours to inspect.
- The inspection report will be ready
within 24 hours. After the
inspection we will review all
information back in our office for
accuracy.
- The report will be uploaded to our
server within 24 hours. You will
be provided with a user ID and password.
The report can be viewed, printed or
emailed.
- The report is in a PDF format and it
comes with a summary and detail section.
- Lastly our courteous inspectors will take their time explaining issues
and systems.
