Joe was able to accommodate me with in a days notice, he was ON TIME, even when I wasn't. Very knowledgeable, extremely clear when explaining issues. Joe,

I wanted to send you a quick email and thank you for your time on Tuesday to complete the home inspection at the condo I want to buy. I appreciate your expertise and might be giving you a call after everything is complete to get an opinion or two on how to handle some issues, if you don’t mind.
