Neither the buyer nor the seller can really know

defects may exist in a home. The
National Association of Realtors (NAR) recommends home
inspections almost 100% of the time. Why?
Because if you are a buyer the realtor too often is held accountable
for defects found after the buyers move in,
lawsuits.
Give Aggressive a call, ask your
questions, voice your concerns and
expectations. The home you are about to
buy is a serious purchase that should be inspected
by a serious company.
